- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in corporate transactions.
- Admitted to practice law in Minnesota.
- Strong academic background.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Licensed to practice law in Minnesota.
- Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage complex legal transactions effectively.
