Manage inventory control and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced 24/7 locomotive shop environment, including cycle counts, stock audits, and inventory reporting.;
Pull, issue, receive, and restock materials while ensuring all parts are accurately assigned, documented, and tracked within Oracle and warehouse management systems.;
Forecast material requirements for inbound and in-shop locomotives to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages.;
Coordinate LTL, expedited, and Hazmat shipments using transportation portals, ensuring accurate Bills of Lading (BOLs), customs documentation, and shipping compliance.;
Perform quality control checks on inbound and outbound shipments, resolve discrepancies, and support timely delivery of critical materials.
