- Responsible for securing efficiency, implementing improvements, new operational processes, technologies, and ways of working throughout the operations (inbound, replenishment, outbound, services execution (if applicable)) to enable an excellent customer and co‑worker experience.
- Responsible for securing a close cooperation and strong communication with the Integration team, management team or support functions, and External Transport/Service Providers, to secure the highest goods availability and customer order fulfilment at the lowest possible cost.
- Accountable to ensure that the Operations team works in compliance with the IKEA code of conduct, all functional relevant Standard Operating Procedures, internal IKEA regulations and local legislation related to health, safety, security, and the environment.
- Responsible for leading, coaching, developing, and inspiring a high‑performing Operations team by working closely with the Integration team, including communication, flexibility, performance culture, competence development, succession planning, and maintaining a work environment that supports equality, diversity, and inclusion, and well‑being.
- Responsible for the implementation of the Sustainability agenda in the assigned unit operations environment.

Pay range for this role is $79,873 - $114,618 based on Ikea relevant years of experience.
