Job Overview

Regular full‑time Samsung Repair Technician at Samsung Experience Store 8006, Bloomington, MN 55425. The role involves performing accurate diagnostics and repairs on Samsung devices, providing high‑energy customer support, and maintaining operational excellence in a fast‑paced, technology‑forward environment.

Pay: $22.00 hourly.

Schedule:

full‑time with weekend hours.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair various Samsung devices (smartphones, tablets, wearables) following established guidelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure timely completion of all service requests.
  • Support the full customer journey, including front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house care responsibilities.
  • Continuously develop and maintain expert knowledge of Samsung products, services, and advanced repair procedures.
  • Follow parts inventory processes to track components accurately and maintain efficient stock levels.
  • Adhere to operational KPIs and best practices.
  • Use an innovative mindset to solve complex technical issues.
  • Maintain a professional, high‑energy attitude and provide clear, concise updates to customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in store launches and broader company initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years hands‑on device repair and technical troubleshooting in a fast‑paced retail service environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and implement effective repair solutions.
  • Quick learner with a deep understanding of Samsung products and components.
  • Highly adaptable, detail‑oriented, and a team player who can multitask in a dynamic setting.
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying repair status and technical information to customers and colleagues.
  • Commitment to quality and meeting operational KPIs.
  • Proficiency with cloud‑based computer systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Willingness to work retail service hours, including weekends, frequently.
