The Value Stream Buyer/Planner owns end‑to‑end supply chain planning and procurement for an assigned value stream, balancing customer demand, production capacity and inventory to achieve operational and financial objectives.

• Monitor key supply chain metrics including inventory turns, backlog, capacity utilization and forecast accuracy.
• Analyze and forecast inventory needs to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Develop short‑ and long‑term capacity plans to support growth objectives and customer demand.
• Utilize ERP and planning data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for operational excellence.
• Create and implement improvements to streamline supply‑chain processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, engineering and logistics to ensure availability of capacity, materials and resources for planned orders.
• Create purchase orders for materials, components, equipment and services cost‑effectively and in a timely manner.
• Partner with plant leadership to identify risks and opportunities that could impact delivery performance or revenue attainment.
• Identify and monitor material shortages and implement corrective action to support production.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field preferred. Three years of experience in logistics, supply chain management or a related field required. Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI and Microsoft Excel preferred.

$80,000–$85,000 annual salary, based on experience.
