Overview

We are partnering with a global technology organization specializing in equipment and systems for food processing and advanced materials. This company supports industries such as grain milling, animal feed production, and the manufacturing of foods like pasta, cereals, snacks, chocolate, and coffee.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end logistics operations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment, shipment coordination, and communication across internal and external partners.

Responsibilities

+ Manage the full logistics lifecycle from order processing through final delivery

+ Monitor and respond to a high-volume email inbox, including communication with headquarters, vendors, and internal teams

+ Execute transactions and shipments in accordance with established SOPs

+ Coordinate domestic and international shipments

+ Track inventory and ensure accuracy of shipping/receiving records

+ Collaborate internally via email and Microsoft Teams (majority of communication is written)

Required Qualifications

+ 4+ years of logistics or supply chain experience

+ Hands-on experience with international shipping and documentation

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

+

Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hr.
