Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end planning and execution for assigned initiatives, ensuring work moves forward on time and in alignment with project goals
- Coordinate activities across business, operations, technology, and leadership stakeholders to support seamless delivery
- Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and help keep teams focused on critical path work
- Prepare clear status updates and summaries to support decision-making and timely escalation when needed
- Support implementation readiness, transition planning, and handoff to operational teams
- Help drive adoption of completed initiatives by supporting coordination and follow-through across teams
- Experience supporting or managing projects in a coordinated, cross-functional environment
- Strong project planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution effectively
- Clear communication skills with the ability to share status and elevate appropriately
- Comfort working with multiple stakeholders and balancing competing priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Experience in business analysis or project management support roles
- Background working with enterprise or large-scale operational initiatives
- Experience supporting implementation planning and operational readiness
- Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
- Collaborative approach with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through
