• 1. Develop, implement, and monitor strategic supply chain strategies to ensure increased efficiency and productivity.
• 2. Oversee the entire supply chain process, including procurement, MRP, lead times, demand forecasting, and production planning.
• 3. Collaborate with other departments to identify vulnerabilities and close operational gaps.
• 4. Maintain a constant dialogue with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and raw materials.
• 5. Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at sites, and in transit.
• 6. Monitor supplier performance to assess ability to meet quality and delivery requirements.
• 7. Implement new or improved supply chain processes to improve efficiency or performance.
• 8. Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors.
• 9. Develop and manage a system for tracking and reviewing purchase orders.
• 10. Ensure the company is in compliance with laws and regulations regarding supply chain management.
• 11. Implement and adhere to ISO standards in all supply chain processes.

• 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, or equivalent field.
• 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in the plastics, rubber, or silicone industry.
• 3. Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Procurement Manager or similar role.
• 4. Solid knowledge in supply chain management principles and practices.
• 5. Strong knowledge of vendor management and procurement processes.
• 6. Proficient in supply chain management software (such as MRP, SCM).
• 7. Excellent analytical skills with an ability to drive meaningful actions from large data sets.
• 8. Familiarity with ISO standards and experience in implementing them.
• 9. Strong leadership capabilities, with the ability to lead and engage a high-performing team.
• 10. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic thinker.
• 11. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• 12. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
