Our client is an award-winning global manufacturing leader seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee production planning, inventory strategy, S&OP, and supply chain performance across multiple facilities. You'll partner closely with Operations, Procurement, Finance, Engineering, and Sales to ensure products are delivered on time while optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost.

$140,000 - $160,000 + Bonus Potential

What You'll Be Responsible For
Production Planning & S&OP
- Lead production planning and scheduling across multiple manufacturing locations
- Drive the monthly S&OP process and align production with customer demand
- Balance inventory, capacity, labor, and material availability to meet business goals
- Identify and resolve supply chain constraints before they impact customers
Inventory & Supply Chain Management
- Develop inventory strategies that improve service while reducing excess inventory
- Partner with Procurement and Operations to ensure material availability
- Monitor key supply chain metrics and implement improvements
- Drive inventory optimization and cost-saving initiatives
Leadership & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and develop production planning, inventory, and logistics teams
- Build strong partnerships across Operations, Engineering, Finance, and Sales
- Champion Lean and continuous improvement initiatives
- Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and make recommendations to leadership
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field
5+ years of experience in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Production Planning
- S&OP
- Manufacturing Operations
APICS/CPIM/CSCP Certification
SAP experience
Multi-site manufacturing experience
Lean Manufacturing experience
Experience leading inventory reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
