Logistics Needs Contractor
Duration: 06 months Pay range: $28.00- $30.30/hr shift: 1st shift, Monday - Friday, standard working hours Onsite
Logistics needs contractor to process deliveries, manage communication, organize daily/weekly/monthly tasks and to generally support Creative Logistic needs.
Assist Logistics Mgr. in supporting communications across multiple platforms (slack, Planner, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.) for productions and internal transfers.
Update Microsoft Planner to developments in projects and communicate to partners as needed.
Discuss finer details of projects as needed with partners to ensure appropriate protection and execution of requests.
Update projects as needed to keep current on multiple platforms.
Assist in route planning and communication between partners. Track progress of routes and communicate progress as needed to partners, Logistics Mgr. and delivery partners.
Assist Logistics Mgr. in developing a long term more cohesive all in one logistics scheduling, tracking and delivery confirmation tool.
Assist with dissemination of materials and assets throughout the building. Track and communicate progress using multiple platforms.
Assist with staging and organization of projects, assets and equipment.
Having past/current experience operating equipment such as a forklift would be beneficial.
Logistics, Project management, Strong Interpersonal Skillset, Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
