Full Time Salary Range: $69,900.00 - $99,200.00 Salary Job Shift: Day We're looking for an Equipment Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll oversee the assignment, tracking, maintenance coordination, reallocation, and sale of company-owned tractors and trailers. You'll play a key role in maximizing fleet utilization, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring equipment assets deliver value throughout their lifecycle.

Golden Valley, MN Hiring Range: $72,000 - $80,000+, commensurate with experience

• Manage tractor and trailer assignments, tracking, and reporting to ensure accurate asset visibility.
• Coordinate equipment allocation with Operations, Safety, Maintenance, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor equipment utilization, mileage, and performance data to support redeployment and resale decisions.
• Oversee equipment reallocation, disposal, and sales activities, including vendor and buyer coordination.
• Troubleshoot equipment-related issues, including tracking devices and onboard technology.
• Analyze equipment KPIs and collaborate with leadership to improve fleet efficiency and asset performance.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office applications.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of transportation industry experience.

• Associate's degree
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• 2+ years of transportation industry experience.
• Knowledge of diesel truck maintenance and industry best practices.

The salary grade for this position ranges from $69,900.00 - $99,200.00. Starting pay within this range will be based on relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
