This organization combines specialized equipment, engineering, chemistries, and services to conserve resources and support a more sustainable future. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating supplier commitments, fabricated components, and internal production schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with fabricators and suppliers to confirm production schedules, lead times, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with internal production and planning teams to understand required dates, priorities, and schedule changes.
  • Track fabricated items from purchase order release through completion and delivery.
  • Communicate schedule risks, delays, and recovery plans to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and distribute status reports covering fabrication progress, open orders, and delivery lead times.
  • Review supplier quotations for alignment with engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Create and issue accurate purchase orders reflecting approved pricing, quantities, lead times, and terms.
  • Support procurement initiatives and special projects while adhering to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Must-Have

Skills:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, or a related field.
  • At least three years of supply chain experience, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • High accountability, integrity, and sound professional judgment.
  • Willingness to work in the office at least three days per week.
Nice-to-Have

Skills:
  • Experience coordinating fabricated components, industrial equipment, or engineered-to-order products.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical quotations.
  • Experience managing supplier performance, delivery schedules, and recovery plans.
  • Knowledge of water treatment, industrial services, or related equipment markets.
  • Familiarity with procurement reporting, purchase order management, and production planning processes.
