Supply Chain and Logistics Lead

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Lead, you will oversee the end-to-end flow of materials, ensuring that production schedules are met through optimized inventory management and efficient distribution strategies. • Direct inbound and outbound logistics, including carrier management and freight optimization to ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Design and implement warehouse layout strategies to maximize storage utilization and improve material handling productivity.
• Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy by leading cycle count programs and reconciling physical stock discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align shipping activities with customer commitments and internal production requirements.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track shipping accuracy, on-time delivery, and overall warehouse efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to resolve operational bottlenecks and standardize best practices across the facility.
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure service levels and transportation efficiency are consistently met.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or logistics management.
• Proven ability to utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking and data analysis.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on corrective action and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external carriers.

• Certification in APICS or similar supply chain professional designation.
• Experience managing 3PL partnerships and complex distribution networks.
• Demonstrated success in leading lean manufacturing or continuous improvement projects.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and warehouse management software (WMS).
