Lead strategic sourcing within Bio-Techne's procurement function to drive value, standardization, and process improvements across the organization.
Responsibilities:- build relationships with business units and suppliers
- develop category strategies
- manage end-to-end sourcing projects
- support procurement transformation initiatives
- analyze spend data and KPIs
- negotiation complex contracts
- promote best practices and technology adoption
- Master’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement
- extensive negotiation skills
- strong understanding of sourcing processes, spend analysis, contracting, and procurement tools
- proven ability to foster supplier relationships and deliver measurable savings
- results-driven with excellent stakeholder engagement, analytical, and organizational skills
- experience in biotech or life sciences industry.
High-Value: procurement leadership in a life sciences context, cross-functional collaboration, process standardization, global stakeholder management, and sourcing transformation.
Work Setup: onsite during standard hours; physical demands minimal.
