- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners
- Follow and adhere to all Fair Housing Laws
- Ensure the property’s interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance
- Manage vendor relationships for our properties
- Prepare all vacant apartments for move in through turn over repairs and improvements
- Organize maintenance shop, inventory, and tools
- Complete all service requests in a timely and professional manner
- Previous multi-family experience preferred
- Maintenance skills and experience
- Customer service experience preferred
- Boiler/HVAC experience preferred
- Ability to work independently

- Must be able to walk property to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance
- This position requires regular office hours to be maintained (8 am – 5 pm, M-F).
- This position also requires scheduled on-call hours for emergency situations outside of regular office hours.
