Maintenance Technician, Senior Living

offers skilled care, transitional care, rehabilitation and memory care for 300 residents and is located in Minneapolis.

Walker Methodist Health Center
is recruiting for two Maintenance Technicians to complete maintenance work orders and respond to building emergencies.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Rotating weekends and on-call responsibilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Three years experience in physical plant maintenance or related field
• Current Minnesota driver's license and good driving record
• Working knowledge of HVAC system maintenance and repairs, electrical/plumbing repairs and house, janitorial/housekeeping equipment, products and supplies
• Current Minnesota Special Class Boiler's License or ability to obtain within four months of hire
• Ability to work independently, organized and attend to detail in a timely manner
• Interest in regularly working near older adults
