• Customer Service
  • Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.
  • Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.
  • Delivers notices to residents as directed.
  • Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property.
• Cleaning and Grounds
  • Responsible for maintaining certain aspects of the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management, may include some building maintenance, working with cleaning and other vendors, and/or groundskeeping, etc.
  • May be responsible for the preparation and/or touch ups of vacant units for occupancy.
  • May be responsible for moving heavy equipment such as dumpsters, appliances, etc.
  • Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or management company.
• Regulation & Safety
  • Responsible to have a thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies and be willing to work within them.
  • Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times and comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
  • Complete assigned training as directed and attend staff meetings as required.
