• Week 1:
  Thu: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Week 2:
  Tue: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Sat: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Sun: 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

This position is not benefit eligible. Other openings may qualify for benefits.

This position is represented under the union AFSCME.

• Perform cleaning assignments per department procedures and protocols
• Use proper chemical dilution ratios
• Follow infection control practices and procedures
• Follow proper procedure for assigned area
• Complete assignments in a timely manner
• Use proper equipment and supplies for task
• Replenish supplies
• Properly handle soiled and clean linens in assigned areas
• Properly handle and dispose of biohazardous and non‑biohazardous waste
• Use good body mechanics
• Use safe work practices: floor signs, gloves, hazard signs/symbols
• Remain flexible to change assignments as needed
• Contribute process improvement ideas/suggestions
• Properly document work assignments
• Demonstrate proper emergency and security response
• Takes immediate action to assist with emergency codes
• Unlock and secure access to building as directed
• Cleans emergency spills as needed
• Demonstrate proper use and care of equipment
• Use proper equipment for assignment/task
• Care for equipment and take preventive maintenance action
• Report malfunctioning equipment
• Use safety precautions
• Customer Service: appropriate verbal and non‑verbal greetings
• Demonstrate a willing and helpful attitude
• Demonstrate respect for customers’ privacy
• Perform activities in a respectful, courteous, and responsive manner
• Transport furniture and equipment as requested
• Report mechanical failures or negative conditions to supervisor

• Must be at least 16 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy loads.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation practices.
