Overnight Floor Technician - St. Anthony, MN

Join Carlson as an Overnight Floor Care Technician for a location in St. Anthony, MN. This position is a great fit for dependable individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments.

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday

Schedule:

10:00 PM - 2:45 AM

Approximately 33.25 hours per week

7 days per week

Consistent overnight schedule

Must be available to work a 7-day schedule

Weekend availability required

• Operate floor care equipment such as auto scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums
• Clean and maintain hard-surface flooring
• Perform routine floor care to help maintain a clean appearance
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks efficiently and independently
• Follow all safety procedures and proper equipment usage guidelines
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any issues
• Keep work areas organized and professional
• Support overall facility cleanliness as needed

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to lift and move cleaning equipment and supplies
• Previous floor care or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work a consistent overnight schedule
