Konik is partnered with a growing specialty contractor who is adding a Construction Project Manager to their team.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Serve as Lead Project Manager on multiple projects
• Plan, execute, and deliver projects within budget and schedule constraints
• Promptly address any field or material issues related to projects
• Lead self and others on projects, providing support where needed

Construction Project Manager Requirements:

• 2-5 years of construction project management experience
• Previous preconstruction or estimating experience
• Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam or similar
• Strong values and passion for personal and team growth, as well as leading others
