- Portfolio Management – oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple luxury communities, ranging from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.
- Team Leadership – inspire and lead property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
- Financial Management – take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Tenant Relations – cultivate positive relationships with residents.
- Market Analysis – stay ahead of industry trends with regular market analyses and strategic recommendations.
- Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, proven track record of success and loyalty.
- Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high‑performing team.
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- In‑depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
- Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- No third parties/owner manage.
