We’re looking for a Minneapolis-based Property Manager/Junior Regional Manager to join our leadership team and oversee a portfolio of high‑end residential communities.   • Portfolio Management – oversee day‑to‑day operations of multiple luxury communities, ranging from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.
  • Team Leadership – inspire and lead property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff.
  • Financial Management – take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
  • Tenant Relations – cultivate positive relationships with residents.
  • Market Analysis – stay ahead of industry trends with regular market analyses and strategic recommendations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, proven track record of success and loyalty.
  • Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high‑performing team.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • In‑depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
  • Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • No third parties/owner manage.
