Non-IT Project Manager

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Non‑IT Project Manager in Minneapolis, MN.

Essential Functions:

• Participates in the identification, design, development and implementation of assigned projects
• Interfaces with internal and external resources to ensure successful and timely completion in accordance with user needs
• Participates in training users and evaluating the project
• Manages performance of the project team and evaluates overall team performance

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise programs, preferably in marketing technology and/or cloud transformation
• Strong skills in Agile methodologies and project planning tools (Jira, Confluence, Dragonboat)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  Ability to synthesize complex updates for senior leadership
• Familiarity with cloud migration concepts and marketing campaign operations is a plus
• Ability to quickly understand the operational aspects of the transformation which will assist in keeping teams on track with the migration transformation

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
