Compensation: Earn $200-250K+ annually (base salary + unlimited commission) while leading high-performing teams and growing your career with BeMobile.
Location & Travel: This role requires the candidate to reside within BeMobile’s geographic area. Regular travel between store locations is essential. Candidates must hold a valid driver’s license and meet BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy requirements.
Responsibilities- Lead, mentor, and inspire Regional Leaders and District teams across a broad geographic region.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals; monitor sales metrics and drive revenue across multiple locations.
- Oversee multi-market operations, ensure consistency across districts, and manage area P&L, budgeting, and cost control practices.
- Build leadership pipelines through hiring, coaching, coaching, and succession planning; manage training and employee engagement programs across a large region.
- Drive operational excellence with standardized processes to enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Travel frequently to stay connected with teams, address challenges, and ensure BeMobile standards are executed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to regional initiatives, and provide insights to support growth and innovation.
- Lead by example through coaching, problem-solving, and on-the-floor leadership as needed.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in retail sales, including at least 5+ years in a multi-district or regional leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multiple Regional Leaders and District teams across a broad region.
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals; proven success in driving high-volume wireless or telecom sales.
- Ability to interpret KPIs, forecast trends, and create action plans that drive revenue and profitability.
- Experience building leadership pipelines through hiring, coaching, and succession planning; experience in sales training and employee engagement programs.
- Comfortable managing area P&L, budgeting, and cost control; capable of overseeing multi-market operations and ensuring consistency across districts.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills; willingness to travel frequently within the region.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet BeMobile’s Vehicle Policy requirements for driving.
