Senior Manager, Strategic Shared Services

Job Description

As the Senior Manager on our Strategic Shared Services team,you’llhelpdeliver high-impact strategic work across Best Buy’s most important initiatives.

You’llsupport enterprise priorities through strategic analysis, solutioncreationand program execution. This role requires strong business acumen, leadershipskillsand the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results.

You’llbe responsible for working independently and proactively while also involving the appropriate enterpriseteams during each stage of the work.

This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days at our corporate office in Richfield, Minnesota, and some daysvirtually fromhome or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

• Manage the delivery of high-priority strategic initiatives across multiple functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise strategy

• Conduct research, synthesize competitiveintelligenceand generate actionable insights

• Build relationships with senior leaders and influence through clear, credible communication

• Drive delivery and execution of strategic programs, managing timelines,dependencies and outcomes

• Prepare executive-level presentations and business cases

• Advise delivery team leads and strategic priority partners on readiness for decision-making

• 5years of experience in consulting,strategyor program leadership

• 3 years of experience managing complex projects or work streams

• Ability to collaborate with and influence senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite executives

• Bachelor’s or MBA degree

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive-level influence

• Experience in business process optimization and operational design
