CLA is growing and seeking to hire a Manager/Director – Cost Segregation to join our talented Federal Tax Strategies (FTS) team. The position offers growth, flexibility and a collaborative work environment.
In this position you should have the following: excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment. Most important, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
How you’ll create opportunities in the FTS Manager/Director role:- Manage cost segregation and fixed asset studies including client consultations, analysis, data gathering and coordination for various industries, including Manufacturing, Technology, and Life Sciences.
- Collaborate with principals, including industry leaders and other marketing and business personnel throughout the Firm.
- Assist with managing client engagement staffing, billing, and ensuring client profitability targets are met.
- Mentor associates and other team members on their inspired career.
- Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally and externally with clients and the community.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- 6 years of experience serving in a tax role with public accounting and/or professional services firm.
- CPA required (EA or JD may be accepted in lieu of CPA certification)
