What You’ll Be DoingYou will own the global product strategy for your assigned product lines, creating the roadmap and business cases that drive innovation and long‑term growth.
You will champion new product development
, from gathering customer insights and defining requirements to leading cross‑functional teams to successfully launch new solutions.You will act as the crucial voice of the region
, ensuring local market needs and competitive insights directly inform our global portfolio strategy.You will manage the entire product lifecycle
, making strategic decisions on pricing, product mix, and end‑of‑life to maximize profitability and market success.You will partner with local sales and business development teams to drive regional initiatives
, including new product launches, promotions, and training to ensure our success in the market.
A degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering, combined with 5+ years of experience in product development, marketing or sales.
A strategic and customer-focused mindset
, with proven experience leading global or cross‑functional teams and communicating complex ideas effectively.Strong technical acumen with a solid understanding of hydraulic, electric/electronic, or mechanical systems and their applications is preferred.
Ability to travel up to 20%.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
The range for this position is $105,000 to $145,000.
