* The Project Manager provides consulting services for our financial services client account to help achieve the company's strategic business objectives. The Project Manager will be focused on the financial oversight, specificallyfinancial reporting and analysis, for a large-scale retail bank refurbishment program. The program includes up to 800 new projectsper year, with overlapping project volume from the previous year.
Thisjob is part of the Program Management function responsible for the overall management of projects from initiation through completion. Financial oversight includesmanaging the overall funding for the bank refurbishment program, but is morefocused on identifying gaps in the funding, as well as developing ways tobetter analyze and report status to our financial services client.
** Whatyou'll do*
* Manageall areas of project management for commercial real estate projects. This includes planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
Interfacedirectly with clients to prepare all elements of the project including scope ofwork, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimates & budget, workplan schedule & landmarks, quality control, and risk identification.
Definethe project delivery resources from pre-qualified vendor lists or through the project qualification process. Conduct a standard request for proposals,complete bid evaluations, and recommend vendor resources to clients.
Implementproject documentation governance that is aligned with company and client requirements.
Ensure project data integrity and documentation is accurate, timely, and coordinated.
Buildaction plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule. Track the progress ofeach project and report status and variances.
Demonstrateability to identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans. Implement plans to reduce or eliminate project risks.
Mentorothers and share in-depth knowledge for your job subject area and broad understanding of several job fields within the function.
Leadby example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect,Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
** Whatyou'll need*
* Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need forvisa sponsorship now or in the future
+ Bachelor's degree is preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred.
+
Experience with large-volume retail bank projects and clients is highly desired.
Experience with banking equipment installations and supporting infrastructure is beneficial.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including MS Project, Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience using Pro Track/Quickbase or similar project management software is preferred.
+ General knowledge of leases, contracts, construction practices, and the ability to read architectural drawings.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mentality.

The minimum salary for this position is $85,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $ annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
