Job Overview

As a District Sales and Operations Manager, you are dedicated to driving both sales and operations with integrity. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee sales and operations of up to 12 retail locations within your district.
  • Establish clear responsibilities and processes for your team to standardize operations and measure results.
  • Ensure compliance with United Wireless policies, procedures, and standards, driving goals despite obstacles.
  • Coach and develop a positive, open environment for employees and customers, focusing on recognition, performance management, and team building.
  • Manage all people responsibilities, including recruitment, retention, development, and accountability.
  • Analyze profit and loss to identify opportunities and performance gaps.
  • Build relationships with key partners to support market success.
  • Model high standards of integrity to foster a district culture aligned with United Wireless' core values.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, authorized to work in the United States, and have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent. Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule are required. Candidates should have 2‑5 years of management experience in a high‑volume environment, including supervising associates, and 2‑5 years of sales and sales management experience. The position also requires the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks as needed.
