Position Summary
The Project Manager is a member of the Implementation team and leads team members to implement SPS Commerce services and products for clients. Responsibilities include monitoring teamwork flow across multiple functional areas to ensure project delivery and quality standards are met. This role serves as a point of contact for the team and demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of projects and products offered.
EssentialResponsibilities / Duties
- Manage day‑to‑day project tasks for implementing SPS Commerce Products and Services from close of sale through handoff to customer support.
- Create and maintain project work schedules, track customer requirements and translate customer requests into project deliverables.
- Demonstrate proficiency in service delivery while managing multiple projects.
- Monitor workflow requirements to meet timelines and quality expectations.
- Act as information broker by directing communication to/from team and customers.
- Prioritize needs and effectively manage resources.
- Advocate for positive change and improvement within the organization by identifying and communicating the compelling needs for change/improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Strong problem solving & analytic ability.
- Quality‑focused; detail‑oriented; ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and written/oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision while taking initiative and setting priorities in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrated understanding of processes and/or services to contribute to issue identification and idea generation/evaluation.
- Experience developing processes and managing projects in a technology‑based service organization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve goals without direct authority over personnel.
This role can either be remote or onsite in our Minneapolis location.
What We OfferWe provide a comprehensive benefits package designed to support employees’ health, well‑being, and financial security. The annual salary range for this role is: $72,200 - $111,900
. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
