Position SummaryThe Regional Director of Operations is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational management, and overall success of live events within a specific geographical region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in live events, excellent business acumen, and the ability to foster strong relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Services Management:
- Lead the support team in providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Develop and implement support strategies to ensure seamless operations during concert productions.
- Monitor and optimize support processes, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
Change Management:
- Design and execute change management strategies to support company-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the impact of organizational changes.
- Communicate effectively to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Corporate Training:
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees at all levels.
- Ensure training programs align with the company's strategic goals and enhance employee performance.
- Assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness, making continuous improvements.
Leadership and
Collaboration:
- Lead and mentor a team of support, change management, and training professionals.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align support, change management, and training efforts with overall business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the live event industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
- Strong network and relationships within the live event industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
