Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager will manage assigned projects as a member of the account team staff in their efforts to serve the clients’ needs in a responsive, efficient and accurate manner. You manage the details, the status reports, opening jobs, executing on your projects on time and on budget. Encourages client confidence in agency performance.

Responsibilities
  • Manage assigned projects, proactively bringing work forward and helps to identify where things can be managed more smoothly.
  • Able to manage more complex projects with moderate amount of direction from manager. Proactively alerts manager of any issues or watch outs.
  • Helps ensure teams are in sync and they have what they need to move forward.
  • Provide team support including building presentations, briefs, status reports as needed.
  • Work closely with project management, production, creative, media and public relations and know where your projects are in the process.
  • Prepare and handle hospitality needs for in‑person client meetings. Be aware of any client nuances, typical requests, dietary needs.
  • Build relationships with appropriate levels within the client organization.
  • Manage external routing.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
Experience
  • 3+ years’ progressively responsible experience in an agency or marketing role.
  • Solid organization and detail orientation skills.
  • Demonstrate how you love to think above and beyond expectations on tasks and seek out new opportunities for clients and your team alike.
  • Flexible nature, aware that no day is the same.
  • Aptitude for financial analysis, detail and quality orientation.
  • An insightful eye that is up on industry news and trends.
  • An everyday, ready‑and‑willing attitude to find successful solutions.
  • Utilize and embrace AI tools to drive smart, efficient, and bold solutions within our AI‑powered agency.
  • Willingness to travel as dictated by client and or agency needs.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $68,000. Our employees are eligible for a full package of traditional benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance. We are a hybrid work company (3 days/week in‑office, 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead) with Paid Time Off, paid holidays, and 401(k) matching. In addition, we provide paid parental leave, performance‑based bonuses, employee stipends, and gym access.

Employees can receive employer contributions to HSAs, FSAs, and Student Loan Debt Repayment benefits.
