Vice Provost for Enrollment Management
The University of Minnesota Twin Cities—one of the nation’s leading public, land‑grant research universities—seeks an accomplished enrollment leader to serve as its next Vice Provost for Enrollment Management.
Serving as the chief enrollment officer for the Twin Cities campus, the Vice Provost will lead the strategy and operations of undergraduate enrollment—including recruitment, admissions, scholarships, transfers, and financial aid—while partnering closely with the Vice Provost for Graduate and Professional Education and the academic deans to advance a coordinated approach to graduate enrollment.
The role is situated within a newly configured, integrated enrollment portfolio that reflects a clear institutional commitment to advancing a comprehensive, modern approach to enrollment management. Within an evolving University‑wide enrollment structure, the Vice Provost will play a central role in advancing the vision of one University on five campuses in conjunction with the Vice President for Strategic Enrollment Management (system‑oriented) and the senior enrollment officers on the University’s other campuses.
Balancing campus priorities with University strategy, the Vice Provost will help position the University of Minnesota Twin Cities for long‑term enrollment stability, academic excellence, and financial sustainability.

The University of Minnesota Twin Cities estimates the salary range for this position at $320,000 to $375,000.
