Senior Executive Associate / Project Manager

How You Will ContributeCollaborate closely with the senior leadership team to provide critical support in executing strategic initiatives and managing projects at the Minnesota enterprise and integration of five business lines.
Establish trusted relationships across the organization to connect information, identify challenges and opportunities, and support the business‑line leadership team and teammates in accomplishing goals.
Share knowledge and expertise when complex problems arise, collaborating across functions to address large and ambiguous organizational challenges.
Provide operational and logistical support during non‑traditional business hours as needed and navigate a global organization to impact the transformation and standardization of initiatives within a complex, matrix‑managed environment.
Understand the organizational culture to deliver results and support within our sales and service culture while handling diverse product/service engagements and a breadth of customer profiles and risk.
Take a big‑picture view of situations, evaluate quickly, and make logical, sound decisions confidently to positively impact business objectives.
Develop and execute effective communication strategies, ensuring seamless flow of information within the organization and with external partners, and craft and deliver impactful messages as assigned.
Leverage enterprise technology tools to support engagement and team building across multiple offices and dispersed work teams.
Develop meeting agendas, prepare presentations, and respond to emails on behalf of service and operations leadership.
Prepare complex materials for documenting activities, meeting compliance requirements, providing references, and supporting requested activities.
Participate in and lead high‑stakes meetings, ensure proper follow‑up, and manage relationships effectively.
Schedule events, coordinate travel, and manage calendars of the PCL and the Minnesota master calendar.
Provide ongoing highlights of core priorities and deliverables in advance of leadership engagement needs.
Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills to ensure efficient implementation of company‑wide initiatives, planning, organising, prioritising, and overseeing activities to meet business objectives.
Collaborate with Minnesota teammates for enterprise scope and engagement in design and delivery.
Initiate and lead governance and delivery of significant enterprise strategic projects, using appropriate project management methodology to ensure intended outcomes are identified and achieved.
Develop and implement stakeholder engagement plans for leadership touchpoints, Minnesota‑wide community engagement, and projects to identify relevant stakeholders, build positive relationships, and ensure each stakeholder has an appropriate share of voice.
Monitor and enhance Minnesota leadership operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and efficiency.
Work closely with leadership and key influencers to drive operational excellence across the organization.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.
- Strong project management and logistical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- At least 5‑7 years of professional experience in increasingly supportive responsibilities for senior management roles in corporate or equivalent fast‑paced settings.
- Ability to draw best practices from private, non‑profit, and government contexts.
- Ability to understand and interpret multiple complexities of an evolving, growth‑driven business.
$80,000 – $110,000 Annual.
