What You'll Do- Lead and oversee high-priority, complex innovation projects in support of the strategic product plan across our portfolio.
- Build, maintain, and leverage strategic relationships within R&D, and partner deeply with Brand, Creative, Sales, Procurement, and Finance on the product development process.
- Establish, track, and manage cross-functional performance metrics for timelines, Stage Gate documents, and post-launch / ad hoc analysis for major product launches and high-stakes SKU transitions.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans and program roadmaps, managing the meticulous execution of associated tasks, risk analysis, and high-level status updates to executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional project checklist and milestone meetings, driving strong accountability across key cross-functional team members to delivery projects on time and in full.
- Proactively identify, resolve, and promptly escalate high-risk issues and dependencies, conducting critical path analyses and spearheading cross-functional mitigation and recovery plans.
- Champion, standardize, and continually refine effective project management workflow standards, procedures, and templates to maximize organization-wide efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Act as a guiding resource and mentor to junior project managers, fostering a culture of continuous development within the project management function.

- Bachelor's degree required.
- 5–8+ years of progressive project management experience, specifically within a fast-paced Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) environment.
- Advanced ability to influence peers, cross-functional partners, and senior managers, building a strong consensus while navigating highly ambiguous environments.
- Highly self-directed, proactive, and capable of operating under minimal supervision at granular tracking levels while simultaneously steering high-level strategic interdependencies.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
- Extensive experience developing and managing intricate, multi-layered project plans with heavy cross-functional dependencies using advanced project management tools.
- PMP certification is highly preferred.
The pay range for this role is $100k-$117k. Actual compensation is based on many factors including but not limited to depth of experience, skill level, ability, knowledge, education, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
