Taco Bell - 5425 Boone Ave N - Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop direct report to ensure strong departmental performance and continuity across risk management, claims, and insurance operations;
Oversee administration and resolution of all company claims, including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Property Damage, Crime, and Fleet/Vehicle Claims;
Manage insurance program administration, renewals, coverage reviews, and loss history analysis to support cost management;
Coordinate litigation matters with internal stakeholders, adjusters, attorneys, and outside counsel to monitor timelines and costs;
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into enterprise risk trends and support data-driven decision-making
