Center for Workers United in the Struggle (CTUL) seeks an Executive Director to lead a movement-building nonprofit in Minneapolis, guiding strategy, governance, and operations with a focus on organizing and policy change.
The ED will manage a 24-person staff, work with a strong board, advance fundraising and communications, and represent CTUL to partners across Minnesota and nationally. Residence in MN is required; salary up to $100,000 plus generous benefits.
