Project Manager
The Project Manager (PM) is the glue that helps keep projects and people together and is responsible for planning, organizing, managing, and executing projects from beginning to end. As the hub for Creative projects, the PM must flex between critical/strategic thinking, the tactical delivery of tasks, and the connections between for projects with large scope and impact (based on size and complexity of business and/or volume of campaigns).
The PM will set and vigilantly manage project expectations with internal and external cross-functional team members. Strong relationship-building skills are critical to success in this role, along with clear and consistent communication. A demonstrated aptitude for project management and navigating organizational dynamics is important.
