Development Operations Manager
The Development Operations Manager is responsible for the general administration and the integrity of the Development database, and department administration and financial reporting. The Development Operations Manager serves as the primary development team member with knowledge of and accountability for Tessitura, including but not limited to expertise in building and running reports, lists and extractions to support a variety of fundraising activities through the stewardship of data.
The role works in close collaboration with the Annual Fund Manager and the Prospect Research & Philanthropic Systems Manager, as well as the Finance and IT departments. All employees are expected to center, model and champion the Guthrie's core values of Artistic Excellence;

This position is full-time, exempt and benefits eligible. The typical schedule for this role will vary based on the dynamic schedule of a theater and will require occasional evening and weekend availability.

Requirements
Essential Knowledge and Qualifications
Three to five years of experience in accounting, finance, ITS, data entry or similar work preferred.
Applicable CRM database experience or a combination of equivalent experience and training.
Knowledge of Tessitura preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office® products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Experience in nonprofit gift administration and financial reporting
Can collaborate or work independently to set priorities and manage multiple projects, within and outside the department.
Strong project management skills and can multi-task and prioritize.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Can use good judgment and maintain confidentiality, ensuring theater patrons' privacy.
Must be willing to work flexible hours/days, including occasional evenings and weekends, reflective of the dynamic schedule of the theater.
