Overview

At Allianz Life, we are guided by our mission – we secure your future – and by our common goal of caring for tomorrow. We care for our employees by promoting an inclusive culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow and be rewarded for their success. We care for our customers by creating new products that help them protect their families and pursue their retirement goals.

We care for our community by giving time, resources, and donations. And we care for the future by supporting sustainability, protecting the local environment, and promoting equality in our communities.

What You Do

Under minimal supervision, you will be responsible for the design, development, delivery and curation of a variety of learning solutions while applying adult learning principles. You assess learning content to ensure alignment with business priorities and learning objectives, and remain learner‑centric. You manage projects using project‑management skills while also applying design and facilitation standards, fostering collaborative relationships with peers, key business partners and learners.

You uphold quality standards by reviewing materials, conducting classroom observations and providing feedback to individuals and management. You will report to the Learning and Development Manager.

  • Design, develop and curate learner‑centric programs using multiple media and blended approaches (e.g. e‑learning, job aids, instructor‑led (in‑person and virtually), self‑study and video). Prepare, facilitate and produce a learning experience that includes assessment and measurement methods as appropriate to evaluate programs and complete end‑to‑end project management.
  • Partner with the business, serving as a liaison for projects and/or acting as the project manager for small and larger sized projects/initiatives. Communicate recommended learning solutions and business learning outcomes to leadership and stakeholders to demonstrate business impact.
  • Encompass learning logistics of courses (classroom or virtually) with support in the LMS (powered by Success Factors SAP) and other learning platforms.
  • Align to other projects, committees and initiatives as needed, and coach, mentor and evaluate peers on the team. Review learning materials for accuracy and appropriate content, and conduct classroom observations.
  • Leverage advanced artificial intelligence tools and resources, including generative AI, to enhance digital and data learning strategies and drive AI adoption through targeted upskilling and learning interventions.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of experience in a formal learning environment, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Two‑year degree required: enrolled in a program or equivalent through relevant work experience.
  • You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future (including holders of H‑1B, H4, L‑1, L‑2, TN, OPT, CPT and other non‑immigrant visas).

Job posting range: $69,000 – $103,500. Note the range is exclusive of company benefits or other compensation. This role is also eligible for an annual incentive program. Final base salary will be determined based on geographic location, experience, skills, competencies, education, and internal equity considerations.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that supports the True Balance of our employees and their families: comprehensive medical, dental and vision plans, flexible spending and health savings accounts, tuition reimbursement, a student loan retirement program, generous paid leave, an outstanding 401(k) company match, and life insurance. Employees enjoy an award‑winning campus with discounted amenities, an onsite health center, a child development center, a fitness facility, a convenience store and two cafeterias.

Our culture is shaped by Employee Resource Groups that promote fairness, caring and inclusivity.
