Ziegler Cat is seeking a Service Call Supervisor to ensure complete, timely, and accurate closing of service calls at the Minneapolis branch. This role requires strong organizational skills, solid computer proficiency, and some mechanical knowledge to support invoicing accuracy.
You will lead a team of Service Call Administrators, develop workflows and training, and collaborate with warranty and purchasing to resolve PO disputes, warranty questions, and parts needs.
