- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 7+ years project/program management experience with 3+ years in engineering environments
- Experience leading new product development in complex manufacturing environments
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and influence without formal authority
- Collaborative, decisive, and execution-driven leadership style
