Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Project & Program Management

NORTH STAR CONNECT GROUP LTD, a specialist provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States
. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of telecommunications projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact within a growing company. The offered salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum
.

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
• Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and create contingency plans.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Provide regular and clear progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
• Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in project management software tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Engineering is desirable.
• A professional project management qualification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly advantageous.
