• Set the overall strategic vision for the product space and product team
• Own delivery against identified business outcomes and metrics
• Set and manage the product budget and financials
• Set short- and long-term product goals and quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)

• Build a culture of progress, transparency, and efficiency across Product teams

• Lead highly complex work across multiple pyramids and interrelated specialties
• Leverage data and analytics for competitive analysis, decision-making, product health assessment, effectiveness evaluation, P&L impact analysis, and stakeholder recommendations
• Drive innovative and scalable solutions across multiple pyramids within Target
• Lead the Campaign Management Tools platform enabling planning, building, trafficking, optimization, and measurement of advertising campaigns across Target Product Ads, Display, Social, Search, Programmatic, and other media channels
- Four-year degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of product management experience in AdTech/Mar Tech, campaign management, or media activation
- Demonstrated success leading complex digital platforms or product portfolios
- Deep understanding of the advertising campaign lifecycle, including campaign planning, creative development, trafficking, activation, optimization, and measurement, across multiple digital media channels
- Experience building and scaling enterprise/SaaS platforms, APIs, self-service experiences, and reusable capabilities
- Ability to define and execute product strategy through transformation, establish multi-year roadmaps, make portfolio-level tradeoffs, and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes and OKRs
- Experience translating the needs of advertisers, agencies, partners, sales teams, and/or internal operators into scalable product capabilities
- Strong technology fluency and engineering partnership, including architecture, platform modernization, integrations, APIs, technical debt, reliability, and build-vs.

- Exceptional enterprise leadership and influence across Product, Engineering, UX, Sales, Operations, Creative, Data/Measurement, and external partners
- Preference for candidates based in Chicago, New York City, Atlanta, Los Angeles, or Minneapolis
- Frequent travel to support local clients
- No relocation offered
- Work duties cannot be performed outside the country of the primary work location unless otherwise prescribed by Target
