The pay range is $95,000.00 - $ Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. These include labor markets and in some instances may include education, work experience and certifications. A role on the Global Trade Services Team means that you will play a key role in supporting Target’s high degree of compliance with US Customs laws and regulations, maintaining the speed of our best-in-class import supply chain while ensuring Target avoids fines and penalties for non-compliance of import regulations.

As Sr. Manager, Global Trade Finance, you will lead critical operations supporting Target’s import payment activities and First Sale duty savings program. You will translate Global Trade strategies and priorities into strong operational execution, develop team capabilities, maintain effective controls, and partner across Target and with external service providers to deliver financial, operational, and compliance objectives.

In this role, you will:

• Lead and develop a team of Sr. GTS Finance Specialists and provide functional, dotted-line leadership to Target India team members supporting First Sale.
• Establish team priorities, goals, performance expectations and operating routines.
• Create connectivity, consistency, and accountability across First Sale US and India teams.
• Partner with India leaders to support team effectiveness, development, and performance.
• Translate First Sale strategy and program priorities into executable plans and sustainable operating practices.
• In partnership with the Lead Global Trade Business Partner for First Sale, assess program performance, identify opportunities to strengthen execution or expand savings, and ensure changes are effectively implemented across U.S. and India team.
• Ensure program requirements, controls, and processes are consistently executed in support of compliance objectives.
• Oversee program routines, vendor participation, reconciliation activities, savings and financial reporting, and support issue resolution and remediation.
