As the Best Buy Business Logistics Operations Supervisor
, you'll lead a team that helps ensure Best Buy Business customers receive a seamless order experience from start to finish. You'll guide a team of around 15 employees, support complex order fulfillment processes, and work with partners across the business to solve challenges and improve operations. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. What you'll do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of fulfillment operations employees
- Drive team performance, quality, and execution across order management processes
- Partner with sales, supply chain, fulfillment, and other teams to support customer success
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Analyze trends and business data to prioritize opportunities and resources
- Manage complex escalations and guide issues through resolution
Basic qualifications
- 2+ years of operational or business analysis experience
- 2+ years of experience leading operational initiatives
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
- Experience coaching, developing, and evaluating employee performance
- 2+ years of leadership experience, retail management experience, or military leadership experience
- Experience leading virtual or remote teams
- Order management, fulfillment, or supply chain experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships
