St. Cloud, MN (Travel throughout St. Cloud, Willmar, and surrounding areas) Pay: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM–12:30 AM (Schedule may vary based on operational needs.) Join the Service Master Clean Team! Service Master Clean Team is seeking an experienced, motivated, and bilingual Assistant Manager to help oversee our commercial cleaning operations in the St. Cloud, Willmar, and surrounding Minnesota areas. This is a hands-on leadership position ideal for someone with strong janitorial experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leading teams and delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple commercial cleaning accounts throughout the assigned territory.
- Conduct daily and nightly site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train, coach, mentor, and support cleaning staff.
- Schedule employees and ensure all accounts are properly staffed.
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and employee development.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning chemicals, paper products, and equipment.
- Help manage material costs and supply budgets.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Complete inspections, reports, and other administrative tasks.
- Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned by the Area Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the commercial janitorial industry.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, and mobile applications).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must successfully pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) review, background check, and pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
