Reporting directly to the Director of Topigs Norsvin USA (TNUSA), the Deputy Director will lead the company's Sales & Marketing and Health & Technical Services divisions, overseeing high-performing teams, strengthening customer engagement, and driving strategic execution across the business.
Designed as a key succession role, this position offers a clear path to expanded enterprise leadership and eventual progression to Director, with increasing responsibility across Supply Chain, Finance, HR, IT, and R&D. The ideal candidate will be a respected swine industry leader who can build alignment across teams, establish strong relationships with major customers and industry stakeholders, and confidently represent the organization throughout North America.

$175 – 200K + 15% Bonus

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office suite programs, particularly Excel.
This position requires the ability to travel among the various TNUSA facilities and, as such, requires a current valid driver’s license. There is extensive travel required with this position and often involves overnight stays.
Required Skills & Experience- A Bachelor’s Degree in an Agricultural related field or a combination of equivalent education/ field experience is
- required.
- Minimum of 5 - 10 years in swine production is required.
- Previous management experience is required.
