Lunds & Byerlys Downtown Minneapolis is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing full-time Front End Manager to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $24.50-$29.13/hr.

We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm.

FRONT END MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

Our Front End Managers are responsible for a wide variety of tasks such as:

Greeting and assisting customers
Managing and assisting Front End operations including:
- Scanning items
- Entering pricing data
- Processing payment
- Packaging groceries
- Resolving any checkout concerns
Bookkeeping and payroll processing
Assisting in coaching, mentoring, and training front-end staff
Scheduling front end staff
Hire and train front end staff
Assist Operations Manager in other assigned tasks

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Required:

undergraduate degree in business or equivalent experience

Experience:

One or more years' experience in with payroll, scheduling, and all aspects of bookkeeping
Prior team leadership experience

Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong knowledge of retail operations

Computer Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
