Role:
Portfolio Leader for Semiconductor Materials

The role involves coaching teams, managing a portfolio exceeding $200 million, and serving on executive committees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; 12+ years in semiconductor or manufacturing sectors, with at least 5 years in P&L leadership managing teams of 10+. Preferred credentials include an MBA or master's in chemical engineering or materials science, and experience leading large international portfolios and teams across multiple time zones, especially APAC. High-value biopharma parallels include experience with complex product portfolios, strategic leadership, and global team management.
Work setup:
On-site at Maplewood, MN, with up to 20% travel; relocation may be approved.
